amandawouldgo: Day 96: “cleanse” today i started an origami MamaTree. knowing i’d not triumph before needing sleep, i paused to carve this one from some lovely handmade soap i’ve been carrying around with me as i’ve moved over the last couple years. why have i had the soap that long? because i needed it for this project, obviously.

For my Art Appreciation class, Humanities, I made a shoe for our soap carving activity! I used Perla Papaya soap which smells better than the original White. Ivory soap can do too. :)

The dust it made.

I used a single cuticle pusher for the whole masterpiece. Ehem ehem. ;)

One more time. Teehee! I don’t know how to carve a flower so I made random cuts. Hehe.

Hm. Still thinking how to present it. Should I make a base? Suggestions goooise? :)
